not the same as in facial and physical features the garifuna in st.vincent look like mixed people they still have carib indian facial features you can tell their mixed race where as in central american countrys most look like african americans dont confuse what im sayin all garifuna are one big family im saying that the ones in central america have way more african dna because of interbreeding with jamaican and african slaves after reaching central america
